Our Story

Two paths converge to a single objective. Rise above and use our past to fulfill our souls calling.

Johnna has been practicing breathwork since 2022. “I was experiencing a deep disconnect with my body and soul. I was drowning in what I thought society wanted me to be. Breathwork showed me the way back to myself. I knew that I wanted to be a vessel for others like me to find themselves.”

Benjamin has been expanding his consciousness for the better part of a decade. He has explored plant medicines, meditation, food, breathwork, yoga, crystal singing bowls and cultivating culinary mushrooms. “Breathwork has allowed me to evade my ego and release so much captured emotion. It recharges me in a way only the aether can. It’s a cornerstone of my weekly practices.”

What is breathwork?

Elemental Rhythm combines breath, music, movement, and meditation with the power of community to create a transformative experience. This modern breathwork practice is rooted in ancient pranayama techniques, and is often described as fun, dynamic, and deeply transformative.

This work is designed to support breakthroughs on multiple levels—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

Music is at the heart of the practice. I personalize the playlist to guide you into a deeper experience.

Equally powerful is our vibrant community. Here, you’ll find friends and a soul family—people on a similar journey, dedicated to healing themselves and supporting others along the way.


Comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely.

What should I bring or wear?


Do I need experience in mediation, yoga or breathwork?

Absolutely not! Elemental Rhythm is designed for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore your breath.


Can I take a class if I have anxiety or stress?

Yes! Breathwork can be deeply supportive for emotional and metal well-being. The sessions are held in a safe, non-judgemental space where you can process at your own pace.


Some people feel lightheaded, tingling, or strong emotions. These reactions are natural and usually temporary. You are always in control, and you can pause or modify your practice if needed.

Will I feel emotional or physical reactions?


How will I feel after class?

The effects after breathwork are individual and often vary from session to session. Many people report feeling sensations of ease and vibrancy, feeling alive, grounded and peaceful. Mentally, breathwork helps get perspective so that the problems you entered the session with suddenly fell less significant. It also promotes focus, concentration and mental clarity. Depending on the type of breathwork, you may feel alert and awake or relaxed and ready for bed.
